Benjamin shows strong interest in the new research coming out regarding how to eat healthy.
He's eating a ketogenic diet, a diet in which you change your fuel source from sugar to fat, since 2015.
He practices it with intermittent fasting and the abstinence of processed foods, especially wheat protein, poly-unsaturated fats, trans-fats and casein.

After 40 years German born and raised Benjamin decides to travel to Thailand to explore his roots for the first time. Will Thailand be the missing link to why he is so different to his German folks?
In contrast to his fast-paced life as an entrepreneur in the electric vehicles industry he will experience much lower quality standards in northern Thailand. But does it even matter if you just want to be happy and fulfilled?
